Who we are

Kleaniche Solutions provides domestic and commercial cleaning services across Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Kleaniche Solutions is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through your enquiries.

The information we collect

When you submit the quote form, the details you enter (name, email, phone, postcode, service, property and job details) are delivered to our inbox so we can respond — nothing is stored on this website's server. If you use the form's WhatsApp option, it simply opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. We also receive personal information you choose to send us when you call, email or message us directly.

Like almost every website, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs (including IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, schedule and deliver cleaning services, and keep basic records of the work we do for you. Our legal bases are taking steps to enter into a contract with you, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

We do not send marketing emails, sell your information, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Third-party services

Quote form submissions are relayed to our email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service, under its own privacy policy. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. Links to our Google reviews take you to Google, whose privacy policy applies there. This site loads no third-party scripts.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations (for example, accounting records), after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@kleanichesolutions.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
